It all began with a phone call. We were originally a midsize staffing company in a suburb of Georgia, known for automotive manufacturing. One of our clients got a contract with a fast-growing electric car company and they asked us to go to California with them.

It wasn’t all rosy and romantic in the beginning. California was highly regulated and the culture was different. We even joked by calling it the ‘Republic of California’ but our desperation to make it in California superseded everything else.

To meet the demand of production, we laid all our chips on the table and bet the life of the company. We used all our recruitment strategies and retention tactics, many sleepless nights or sleeping on the factory floor, and one day someone turned on the music, and all the staff danced together, we filled most placements with word of mouth and we never looked back since.

  • No Excuse Attitude

    Things don’t always go as planned. Take control by assessing what could have been done differently. Fix the problem and learn from the mistakes rather than blameshifting. It doesn’t help to grow.

  • Openness & Honesty
